Webcast #3 Replays Posted
The archives for Webcast #3 - Visit the Kanatous Lab are posted. We ran into audio difficulties in the first session, but you will find some very useful information in the chat notes. When you visit the meeting page to access the replay, make sure you also check out the Go to the minutes link to access those notes.
By the second session of the day, we had the audio issues resolved. Here too you will want to read through the chat notes as well as watch the replay.
Thanks once again to Dr. Kanatous, Dr. Hawke, Susan, teachers and students for a very worthwhile learning experience!

Webcast!!!
I thought that both of the webcasts 2nd and 3rd were really good!! I'm so glad my class got to watch and join in the webcast, webcast #2 and #3! I really learned things, but last night when I went to sleep i FORGOT!!! But next time I'll jot things down. I thought all the questions that were asked were really good. The Weddell seals, also I never knew until yesterday that there was a sea named "Weddell Sea". -Maybe is that where the Weddell seals go?? Or maybe is that where they came from?? Im not sure!!!
RE:
Thank you so much for answering all of our questions!...and yes, Big Bad Wolves do have amazing accents. :)
Muscle tissue
I found it interesting how they use a needle to take out a thick layer of muscle tissue.
podcast #3
I think that there are so many different things to learn about Weddell seals.I never thought 1 seal could get so heavy.
Webcast
The webcast was really cool. I cant believe they don't have ice in the cafeteria there. My whole class was surprised by that.
